Clinical Solutions to Clinical Problems

Supported by an educational grant from VOCO America Inc.

Thursday November 4, 2010

8:30am-11:30am (3 CE credits)

This course is designed to explain and discuss how several of today's materials can work in harmony to replicate the flexural modality of natural dentition.  Specifically, we will discuss the challenges facing a clinician as it relates to the restoration of a compromised tooth, involving a pre-fabricated post and core.

Topics Covered:

  • Adhesives
  • Permanent cements
  • Core buildups
  • Posts

Many clinicians have had, or may currently experience sporadic failure when performing this procedure.  We will discuss the caveats and the challenges along with offering real solutions to the clinical problem.

Attendees will have a more complete understanding of how this "technology", used correctly can have a positive impact on their clinical dentistry.

Recommended for...Dentists.
