Change can be extremely difficult and often it cripples our spirit to the point of “stuckness.” Transitioning through change, or Getting Unstuck from Your STUCKness©, looks and feels different for everyone. This empowering program will help you create your own personal pathway through change by encouraging you to reflect, focus, and ACT!

• Differentiate between change and transition
• Understand the 3 phases of transition
• Identify a significant change in their lives and create a transition plan to deal with that change
• Embrace the 7 Keys for dealing with constant change

Edie Gibson, RDH, MS, MAADH is a charismatic, knowledge-wealthy trainer with nearly 3 decades in dentistry, 20 exclusively in implants, and a mission and passion to affect CHANGE!  She incorporates real world experiences and humor into all her programs, making difficult subjects fun, empowering, and thought provoking for the entire TEAM! As the Founder and CEO of IHS Empowerment Group, Edie offers life-changing seminars designed to empower participants to “get unstuck from their stuckness.” She is a Registered Psychotherapist in CO, a 2013 Sunstar RDH Award of Distinction recipient and owned an independent dental hygiene practice, called About Face Dental Hygiene, until spinal surgery ended her full-time clinical career & changed the course of her life.

Edie is also a clinical trainer/advisor for The Implant Consortium and the former executive director, certified educator and founding Fellow of the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA). She served on the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Practical Hygiene and currently serves on the Governing Council for the American Academy of Dental Hygiene (AADH).
