Title: General Dentist

· Location: Norther IL and Southern WI (Rockford area and Beloit area)

· Type of Practice: General Dentistry

· Schedule callouts- 4-5, Tuesday pm until 7, or no weekends

· Compensation: Competitive compensation! Guarantee salary and then percentage of production 

· CE: Large CE Stipend and internal mentorship

· Facility call outs- great location description, specific building selling points 

· Operatories: 4-14 Fully functional operatories

· Technology: High end technology (CBCT, Exocad, in office mill, 3-d printing, iTero lumina scanners)

· Support Staff callouts if available: highly skilled clinical team consists of # dental hygienist and # trained Dental Assistants to ensure you have the support you need to seamlessly exceed your goals

· Unique/Historic selling points: True fee for service practice with great fee schedule and reimbursement (no insurance write-offs, does NOT participate in Delta Dental)
